Monitoring the Groups

Hello All:

So the group I'm in (who is only me at the moment) is supposed to monitor the other groups, in a marketing sense, so this is what I think is happening so far:

- Comicat: 

Have their own blog and have 3 skits up till now, which is impressive. Not a lot of comments though.

The URL for each comic strip is not named according to the name of the strip, so i think you guys might want to do that for search-ability. 

They've set up a facebook group with 36 members, which is always good, for PR and marketing. 

Their page rank is Zero :) which is understandable. 

In terms of the name, I found smg similar online. So you might want to change, in case you become rich and famous ! ;) 

- Women Empowerment:

I think you should set up a separate blog for yourself. More exposure.  

In terms of content maybe some in depth research on one topic related to women, that way the reactions you'll get will be more substantial.

Some images to go along with text would be more interactive. 

You could interview the participants in this group and get their feedback about various issues as well.

Video documentary of the workshop - part 2

Hello again,

The "Class Chronicle" team: Annal Hanbali (who replaced Mohammad Kalbouneh), Mohammad "Criss" Oqdeh, Farouq Zamamiri & Kareem Talhouni have been videotaping interviews and random footage from the class. Farouq & Criss have also been doing some editing and Annal designed a very cool logo for our team. We want to thank our classmates and faculty, Joi and Donatella, for allowing us to tape the interviews and the action footage. We hope to have the final product up on YouTube soon nshAllah. It's been great getting to know all of you. Keep in touch.

Women empowerment in Jordan ----part 2

You know what is really needed is to increase women's confidence in their abilities. most females are brought up in way that they are dependent on males weather financially or socially. This is changing of course but in a slow motion . When women work, they will have their own funds as well as their own relations but when males convince them that there is no need for their work, some like the idea and consider it a sort of luxury unaware of the sacrifice they have made.

We look forward to your believes and comments on the idea as we are doing it as part of a workshop....
